It stops you from being unduly influenced by events or people around you.

You can ground your energy by:

  • Spending time in nature
  • Walking barefoot in the grass
  • Massaging your feet
  • Paying extra attention to what you can see, hear, smell, feel and taste in a particular moment
  • Drumming
  • Dancing
