Hi! I’m Rebecca Anuwen
As a certified Mental Health First Aider, listening volunteer, and with over 23 years of coaching experience, I understand the challenges of juggling a busy life and the impact it has on mental health.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in external judgments and expectations, leading to stress, self-doubt, and a disconnection from our authentic selves.
Maintaining good mental health, which can be supported by simple habits and routines, is essential for building resilience, clarity, and a strong sense of self, allowing us to navigate life’s challenges with grace and confidence.
Pursuing a Master’s in Magic and Occult Science has deepened my understanding of intention and mindfulness in creating positive change.
Through the power of everyday magick, we can cultivate a strong inner foundation, staying grounded and true to ourselves, no matter what life throws our way.
