To get started, simply think about your current experience of intuition.

On a scale of 1-10, how intuitive are you? (1 being “what’s intuition?”, and 10 being “totally connected and aligned with the world around me”.)

Also, think about what your “why” is. What’s your one reason that you want to be able to rely on and trust your intuition more?

In the next lesson, we’ll define intuition and discuss how it can support you in your everyday life, and how you can get started practising straight away.
