Adding an Elemental Flavour

THE ELEMENTS

The Zodiac

The Elements and The Moon

Once you’re confident with aligning your self-care with the four main phases of the moon, you can have some fun and start exploring adding an elemental twist to your self care.

During each 28-ish day moon cycle, the moon travels through each of the signs of the zodiac, spending 2-3 days in each sign.

Each of the signs of the zodiac correspond to one of the elements; Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.

You can add an elemental twist to your self care to deepen into the moon energy.
