Awakening Your Intuition

Everyone can access their intuition.

Absolutely everyone. No exceptions.

Some people can do this easier than others, but connecting with your intuition is a skill. The more you practice the easier it becomes.

You may doubt your intuition because its quiet whispers are drowned out by the doubts, fear, and overwhelm of everyday life.

It may be hard for you to hear it’s voice as you have long since forgotten how to truly trust yourself.

The world that we live in has spent much of its time convincing us that other people know what we need more than we do.

That small intuitive voice gets drowned out by the fast-pace, instant gratification, and someone else telling us what to do, how to behave, and what’s true.

The gift of our intuitive self isn’t always valued by our current society.

Our intuition can’t be measured and isn’t seen as productive. It is perceived as having less value than something that is tangible and can be ‘proved’.

Intuition is in the realms of the mysteries; that which can’t be explained or rationalised with reason. We’ve been taught to fear what we can’t explain or what we can’t control. And yet it’s our intuition that is our greatest strength, our way of accessing our inner power. Our intuition helps us navigate our inner landscapes, so we can navigate outer landscapes with more grace, ease, and flow.

As you work with your cards, you will gain a deeper understanding of, and more access to, your intuition. And just like any muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it becomes.

To start with you may feel rusty, you may feel that you’re doing it wrong, but the truth is you can’t get this wrong.

When people start working with their intuition the most difficult part to navigate is that there is no right or wrong way to approach it. People want rules. We’ve been taught that rules keep us safe, and whilst many do, rules can also limit us and stifle our growth and expression. We live in a world governed by rules. We’re taught that there’s a right way and wrong way to do everything. We strive for success and fear failure. We want to achieve. We value getting there quickly and directly, not having time to waste. But our intuition is almost the opposite of all these things.

There is no wrong way to access your intuition.

There are no hard and fast rules. There’s guidance, but it is only guidance.

We’ve grown accustomed to following the rules. Wanting to get things right and being afraid that we will get things wrong.

When you step into the mysteries, the home of your intuition, you’re no longer governed by the same rules, by the same structures, and at first it can feel confusing.

As you awaken your intuition, as you learn to trust your inner voice, as you learn to interpret the language of your soul, you’ll experience a greater sense of inner freedom.

You’ll feel more connected to your inner power, you’ll feel more confident in who you are and how you show up in the world.

As you embrace the mysteries, the mysteries that you had been taught to fear, the mysteries that you may yourself once have feared, you’ll realise and understand that it’s in this place that you actually hold your greatest strength, your greatest source of confidence, courage, and inner-knowing.

Once you activate your intuition, you step into a world where you’re learning to trust yourself and to trust the messages from your soul.

Once you begin to trust yourself, you stop seeking external validation. You stop holding back because of fears and old conditioning.

Once you begin to trust yourself your whole life changes, as EVERY choice you make, you now make in a way that aligns with your soul purpose here on Earth. You make you choices from a place of inner power and confidence, knowing that you have your own back.

Once you can trust your intuition, you have clarity and a confidence to know that you can face anything that comes your way. You start creating a life from a place of conscious alignment rather than just one of habit.

There’s no doubt that as you begin to awaken your intuition, your life will change, but in a really wonderful and empowering way.

People think the cards give them the answers, but actually the cards help you to find your own answers. They help you to remember the power and wisdom that you have always had.

To quote Glinda the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz:

“You always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”
