Ways to Celebrate Imbolc

 

Light Candles

Traditionally candles were lit in every room of the home, but lighting one special candle would also honour this time.

 

Make a Brigid Doll

Brigid is the goddess associated with Imbolc, a symbol of fertility and good fortune. Here’s some instructions on how to make a Brighid Corn Doll – If you made one at Lammas, you can now decorate her in Spring colours.

 

Make Brigid’s Cross

Refresh Your Altar

Add in the colours of the season with all shades of green and white. You could use candles, or altar cloths in these colours.
