The Map for Change has been created for when you know you need to make some changes in your life, but you’re not sure where to start and you want to explore the possibilities open to you.

Review: This area shows you what needs to be reviewed before you can make your changes, as it might not be as it seems. This area needs to be looked at again to make sure everything is in order and as you expect.

Release: These are the things that you need to release in order for you to move on and make the changes you want, or that are necessary.

Outcome: This is the possible outcome, if you go ahead and make the changes you want or need.

Do Differently: This is what you need to do differently in order for you to be able to make the changes you desire.

Commit: This is what you need to commit fully to. Not just think about, but truly commit to.

First Steps: These are the first steps you need to take in order to build the momentum to bring the change you want.
