Sacred Space for Your DANCE

Sacred space can be anywhere; it can be in a church, in front of an altar that you’ve created in your house, at a yoga studio, or in the wilds of nature. It’s anywhere where you can spend time connecting with yourself, and your higher-self, God/Goddess or Mother Earth.

It’s a space where you can pause, and be still with your thoughts and inspirations, a space where you can rest from everyday life, even if just for a moment.

You can make any place feel more sacred by setting your intention for the space. You could also make a space sacred by adding some items that mean something to you.

One aspect that is important to this space, especially if it’s indoors, is to keep it clean and free of clutter. This is easy to do physically, but it’s also important to do it energetically too.

We’ll discuss more about cleansing our space in the next lesson.
