In the last class I mentioned that I was going to share with you my favourite way to fill yourself up, so that you can confidently trust yourself and your intuition.
I mentioned it had something to do with your knickers and it really does.
Let me introduce….
I want us to start a Red Knicker Revolution… Or as I now call it a Magickal Knicker Revolution!
Actually, the red knickers are optional, but here’s why your knickers are important.
Each day, you get up and put on your knickers.
It’s a fairly mundane, routine thing to do.
You may even do it without much thought to the process.
And the knickers you wear mostly have little effect or consequence on your day.
But I want you to choose your knickers with intention.
When you get dressed in the morning, take a moment to connect with how you want to experience your day. How do you want to feel? What do you want more of, etc?
Then choose knickers that reflect your choice.
You might not be able to fully express yourself in the clothes that you wear, but you can certainly do so with the knickers you choose.
Think of the colour and pattern, the material, and the shape or size of your knickers. Think of how they feel when you wear them.
Which knickers bring more joy, magic, strength, support, love, elegance, etc to your day?
It doesn’t matter what they look like – whether they’re teeny-tiny or ‘big’ pants, or even if you wear them at all. All that matters is that they evoke whatever you want to consciously create more of.
If you want more ‘elegance’ in your day, choose knickers that make you feel elegant. Not ones that are old, have more holes in than they should, and have turned grey with age and washing.
If your word is ‘joy’, perhaps you might want to consider bright and colourful knickers?
Then as you go through the day, each time you see your knickers, you’ll be reminded of – and connect with – whatever you’re consciously creating.
Making this connection to your truth, even with something as simple and seemingly inconsequential as your knickers, strengthens your connection with your truth – and in turn – your intuition.
You build your muscle of making choices through the lens of what you want to create in the world. You learn to listen to your wants, needs and desires.
You learn to listen to yourself.
You learn to listen to your intuition.
Then, when you have to make the ‘big’ choices in life it becomes easier.
When you have to decide should you move home, start/leave the relationship, change job etc, you’ll already be used to tuning into yourself and listening to your intuition.
You’ll be used to making choices that that support what’s important to you.
You can then make your decisions with clarity, and from a place of power, because you have been practising making choices that align with your truth.
You’re used to listening to yourself and your intuition.
Practising using any muscle regularly makes it easier to use when you need it.
Choosing you and listening to your intuition is no different.
And it all starts with your knickers!
