Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded to be honest with yourself.
Be honest as you connect with your inner wisdom and listen to its truth.
What is it really whispering to you?
What guidance does it offer you?
No matter how much you try and hide from, or ignore the truth, you know.
You know what you need to do.
You know what you need to start or end.
You know what direction you’re headed.
Sometimes it may seem easier or more convenient to say ‘I don’t know’.
To say ‘I don’t know’ can seem the simpler option, rather than admitting the truth and turning your world upside down, leaving careers, ending relationships, or disappointing people. But there is a place inside of you that knows the truth.
Slow down, get quiet and listen for those whispers.
You don’t need to take action or make changes right now, just start by being honest with yourself.
You owe it to yourself to be honest and show yourself integrity.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you listen to the truth.

What area(s) of your life do you feel that you’re living out of your own integrity?
Be still and listen to your inner wisdom, the truth within you that knows.
The quiet voice inside that whispers to you.
Listen and make changes, or at least acknowledge the need for change.
Pause, and take a breath. As you give yourself permission to be honest with yourself.

It can sometimes be difficult to hear the truth, even to hear our own truth from ourselves.
Many people can avoid being still, being in silence or even resting, because then they’ll have to listen to their inner wisdom, that deep inner-knowing.
Busyness, never-ending to-do lists, and even scrolling through social media, can all be preferable to hearing what we know to be true.
So next time you find yourself ‘not having time’ to rest or be still, just take a moment to check-in with yourself and make sure that you aren’t avoiding yourself and your truth.
