Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded to embrace life.
Do more than just go through the motions.
Often, we can fall into routines in life, and go through the motions of what’s expected from us.
When was the last time you stopped and asked yourself if you’re living your life in a way that makes you feel happy and fulfilled – or at least in the most part…
Are you present in your life, or are you always thinking of the next thing you should do and/or achieve?
Are you waiting for, or perhaps chasing, happiness and fulfilment, or do you feel it deep within you, regardless of external circumstances?
Your life is now, in this very moment.
These moments make up your day, which then create your weeks, months and years.
Don’t wait.
Stop going through the motions.
Live life fully.
Show up and mean it.
Kiss with passion.
Listen with intent.
Use your words with meaning.
Do more of what lights you up.
Make conscious choices.
Live your life fully, all of it.
Pause, and take a breath. As you embrace your life.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to pay attention to the choices you’ve made in life and the choices you make on a daily basis?
Do you make them consciously, or do you find yourself going through the motions?
Next time you speak to someone, instead of just ‘going through the motions’ of a “hello, how are you?”, and perhaps not really listening to their answer as you’re already thinking about the other things you need to do. Stop and become present. Really be interested when you ask how they are, be curious about what’s going on for them. Really listen to them.
As you experience this level of connection and being present, notice what other areas of your life you experience this, or is there room for more connection?
Pause, and take a breath. As you allow yourself to slow down and embrace all of life.
Today’s Affirmation:
“I show up fully to life”
I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,
In the meantime, enjoy fully embracing Your SHEro’s Journey!

I grew up in a small coastal town with the beach a stones throw from my house.
I loved the changing seasons, nothing ever stayed the same, I think this was enhanced by the fact that the tides came in and out daily, and the tourists came and then went again.
Of course, there was a routine to life, but everything was in response to the environment.
For example, how long would it take to drive to the next town, well that depends on the time of the year.
Were there tourists about? Well that could add three times the time to your journey!
I really didn’t like Summer in my home town, the roads were grid locked with tourists. There are only two roads that led to my town, and in the summer they were bumper to bumper with tourists.
Just walking to the shops became a task and a half, as the often empty one main road in my town was chock full of people.
Of course, tourists were good for the town, but as a kid they were just a nuisance.
Every time I went on a day trip or even on holiday, I’d refuse to behave like a tourist.
That was until when I was in my early 20’s, my sister and I went to Seville, Spain, and she had me behave like an absolute tourist. We hired this weird bike-thing where we sat next to each other and pedalled round the parks, we took an open top bus around the city – certainly something I’d refused to do before.
What a nit I’d been.
Being a tourist was amazing fun.
I just needed to get out of my own way so that I could really embrace all that being a tourist had to offer, rather than holding myself back with limiting beliefs that I’d created for myself.
