Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today is reminding you to reclaim your power.
Step into your power and show up fully.
Outer experiences of life will always be varied.
Material possessions may come and go, structures in society may support you or be designed to actively do the opposite. You may have been born into a culture that celebrates you, or one that doesn’t honour your value.
No matter what your external circumstances, connect with and feel into your inner power.
This inner power cannot be taken away from you.
You may feel disconnected from it, but it’s still there burning brightly for you.
Reclaim this power.
People may have tried to take it away from you, or convince you that you don’t have any, but it’s just not true.
Your power is within you.
If you think you won’t be liked, or will be rejected, or told that you’re ‘too much’ for standing in your power, don’t let it stop you.
There will always be someone who doesn’t want you to live your full potential, who will tell you that you’re ‘too much’, but that’s their own limiting beliefs, and not really anything to do with you.
And although it may hurt, you aren’t here to live your life for them, you are here to live your life for you.
Show up for yourself.
Accept your power, step into it, and own it.
Allow yourself to move towards your highest potential.
It may feel scary, unnatural or uncomfortable, but give yourself a chance.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you allow yourself to connect with your internal power.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to bring attention to all the beliefs that prevent you from connecting with, and owning, your power.
Whose voice do you hear telling you that you can’t, you shouldn’t, or that you’re not allowed.
Who is it you keep part of yourself small for?
On separate pieces of paper, write down each of the beliefs you have that stop you from fully embodying your power.
One by one, write over them with a new, positive and affirming belief – literally covering the old belief and re-writing your own stories.
Then somewhere safe and suitable, burn each piece of paper, and feel the old belief being burnt away, released, and replaced with and transformed into your new belief.
Pause, and take a breath. As you give yourself permission to explore your power.
Today’s Affirmation:
“I step into my power with increasing confidence”
I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,
In the meantime, enjoy reclaiming your power as you walk Your SHEro’s Journey!

We often have a less than healthy relationship to power, as we can see it as something that corrupts, and / or has power over others.
But that is just one expression of power.
Power is a fundamental human experience.
Everything in your life is about power. The words you use, the choices you make and how you show up and express yourself in the world.
Power isn’t ‘good’ or ‘bad’ it’s just a way of understanding your own energy and what influences you, drives you and stops you in your tracks.
It’s a fascinating way to explore how you relate to the world around you and how you have the literal power to create your own world.
Money, relationships, jobs, habits are all expressions of how you relate to power.
When you think about power think about what it is in life that gives you power and makes you feel empowered, and where you feel your power being drained away, leaving you power-less.
If we look at the examples above, the first one I mentioned was money. So, think about what it is about money that empowers you, is it having it, earning a particular sum of it, having more than you need.
And then if you think about how it may drain your power, maybe it’s about not having enough, or limiting beliefs you have about it , it could be about your ability to have, manage, save and handle it.
It’s all about power.
Become curious about power.
Notice what empowers you and what drains you, and use it as information to make changes in your life that support you.
