Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded to reconnect with your dreams and desires.
It’s easy for life to take over and routine to become the priority, but for today remind yourself of where it is that you want to be going.
What are your dreams?
What are the feelings and emotions that you want to experience more of, what values do you want front and centre of your life?
Spend some time aligning with your dreams and desires, and then allow yourself to dream bigger.
Journal around your dreams, draw them, collage them, sing them, dance them, share them with trusted friends.
Give your dreams the time and space they deserve so that they can become your reality, rather than something on your to-do list that you might get around to one day… if you’re lucky and have time…
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you reconnect with your dreams.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to make the time to dream your dreams.
Allow your dreams to expand, as you explore possibilities that you never thought possible.
Tap into the realm of all possibility and don’t limit your thinking.
Explore all of your heart’s desires and keep going until you feel complete.
Keep a note of your dreams and desires and allow them to percolate and bubble over the next few weeks. See what still feels relevant and then add the foundations to make them become a reality.
Pause, and take a breath. As you dream your dreamiest dreams.
“I make my dreams a priority”
I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,
In the meantime, enjoy dreaming your SHEro’s Journey into reality!
The main reason that people tell me that they give up on their dreams and stop pursuing them is that they fear being judged by others, particularly by friends and family. This fear is often based in the fear of being rejected by those they care about.
People can give their power away to other’s who then influence their decisions, instead of considering what they truly want, they instead ask other people ‘what should I do?’, or ‘what do you think about this?’
This then leaves them open to be influenced by other people’s fears, experiences and judgments, not all of which are supportive or even helpful.
Instead of looking to others to believe in you and your dreams, you have to develop that belief in yourself, you have to validate your own feelings and desires and be okay with going your own way and forging your own path.
It may feel uncomfortable at first, but just like any skill, the more you practice, the easier it becomes.
