Trust Your Intuition

Listen. Because listening’s important:

Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.

Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.

Today you’re being reminded to trust your intuition.

Pay attention to all the ways in which your intuition speaks to you.

Through quiet nudges, feelings and inner knowing’s.

Through overheard words, lyrics in a song.

Through your dreams or journaling.

In moments of silence, or through the sacred tools that you use.

All the time your intuition is communicating with you.

Yet, criticism and judgement of yourself can disconnect you from your intuitive self.

It’s time to go within and reconnect to your own inner knowing.

To nurture yourself and take some time to tune in and listen to these intuitive messages.

Sometimes the messages may be loud and clear, and sometimes more like quiet whispers on a breeze.

If you want more clarity or a specific question answered, ask and then listen to the answer.

If you don’t like the answer you’re given, it doesn’t mean your intuition isn’t working… don’t ignore the message, but look for the wisdom in the message and look deeper into your own resistance.

In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you listen for your inner wisdom.

Everybody is intuitive.

But just like any skill the more you practice it the easier it becomes to access it and more importantly to trust it.

When I started practising kinesiology, I started to get intuitive insight into what was really going on with a client. The messages would come through all of my senses.

At first, I was just curious, I observed the messages, but didn’t say anything.

Then after time I began to share with my clients, with the caveat, ‘I know this sounds weird, but I get the feeling that this is rooted in xyz’. People were always amazed and would ask, ‘how did you know that?’.

The truth is I didn’t, it was just an intuitive hit, and energetic signature I was picking up from them.

Decades later I share all of my intuitive insights with my clients, because I’ve learned to trust them.

Sometimes they don’t make sense to me, but they do for my client.

Our job isn’t to reason, to make sense of, or question our intuition, it’s to learn to listen with all of our senses and become discerning, so that we can act from a place of trust, a place of deep inner knowing.

And it starts with you simply listening.
