Listen. Because listening’s important:

Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.

Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.

Today you’re being reminded to embrace your dreams.

They are your dreams.

They have been given to you.

You’ve dreamt them, been inspired by them, you know them to be yours.

Your dreams have been given to you because you have the ability to make them a reality. To bring them to life in this world.

It doesn’t mean that it will be easy, but it will be possible.

You may have to push yourself out of your comfort zone, learn new skills, or ask for help, but I have no doubt you can make them happen.

When other people don’t understand your dreams and vision for your life, the future and the world that you want to live in, don’t worry they’re not meant to, it’s not their dream, it was given to you.

They’ve been given their own dreams, it’s up to them if they follow theirs.

Don’t allow other people’s negative thoughts, fears and limiting patterns to be projected onto your own dreams.

Of course, listen to trusted advice, seek guidance and support. But be choosey of who you listen to. You do not have to listen to everyone.

Listen to the advice of people who share your values, who you admire, who have walked the path before you, who are where you want to go.

Focus on your dreams, nurture your dreams, and enjoy your dreams, they are yours to enjoy and dance with.

In this very moment, pause, and take a breath. As you reconnect with your deepest dreams and desires.

Today’s SHEro Action:

Today’s SHEro action is to reconnect with your dreams.

Remind yourself of why they’re important to you.

What they will give to you and how this will ripple out and improve the quality of the relationships you have with your friends and family. How you creating your dreams does more than just benefit your life.

Reflect on how your own dreams can have a positive ripple effect on the people you meet, your communities and the world around you.

Focus on how your dreams can improve your life, but also the lives of others.

Connect with how your dreams will allow you to support, lift and inspire yourself and others.

Remember why this dream is important to you and why it has been given to you.

Pause, and take a breath. As you revel in your own dream.

Today’s Affirmation:

“I commit to my dreams”

I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,

In the meantime, enjoy nurturing your dreams and desires on Your SHEro’s Journey!

I once heard someone say that ‘family were the final frontier’.

And I loved that phrase.

Often when we have a dream, we want to share it with our family and friends, we’re excited to share our ideas with the people we care about.

We look to them to share our enthusiasm and tell us it’s a great idea, we want them to believe in us.

But often we don’t get the response we wanted.

Instead of being celebrated or cheered on, many people are met with cynicism and doubt.

Family members telling you why it won’t work, or why someone they knew tried it and failed.

Now whilst this might be coming from a place of love and trying to protect you, it’s not helpful to you.

Instead of trying to get the approval of your family, or trying to convince them it’s a good idea, keep your dreams to yourself and only share them with people who you know will really support you in the beginning.

Then once your dream is more established you can share it with more people.

As once you have really rooted into your dream, and overcome your own initial fears and doubts, when other people try and convince you it’s a bad idea or not worth the trouble, you’ll have already rooted yourself into your dream and you’ll believe in yourself and your dream enough to overcome the doubts and fears of other people.

If you are at the early stage of your dream and moving through the ‘how’s’ of how you’ll make it happen, when someone else doubts it too, it will be much easier for you to give up.

But when you sink deep and root firmly in your dreams, only then can you foster the strength and resilience to keep going.

So maybe you should make your family the final frontier?
