Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded that you are not broken.
Stop trying to fix yourself.
Instead of trying to fix yourself, learn to take care of yourself.
You’re not broken.
You’re a whole and divine holy being.
You don’t need fixing you just need to take care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.
You need to prioritise yourself, set strong boundaries and do the things that you know you need to do.
Taking care of yourself is more than just having a bubble bath or a spa day, it’s making sure that you set healthy and supportive routines and habits for you, so that you create an environment in which you feel safe and nourished, so that you can thrive.
Self-care isn’t always sexy, it’s often mundane and routine, but these are the foundations of your experience of life.
In this very moment, just pause, and take a breath. As you prioritise your needs.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to stop thinking that you need fixing and reconnect with your inherent wholeness.
Remind yourself of who you really are, deep within you.
Then ask yourself what you need to stop doing, or start doing, to ensure that you are nourished and nurtured emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Then take that action.
Pause, and take a breath. As you remember your divine wholeness.

It’s easy to think we’re broken in a world that’s always telling us how we can get better, improve ourselves and become their idea of successful.
We only think we’re broken when we compare ourselves to other people’s standards and expectations.
You don’t need fixing; you need to remember who you are.
You don’t need to do more things, often it’s the opposite, you need to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
You need to remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be.
It’s time to stop trying to please the people, and the world, around you, so you can remember what you really want from life.
Of course, we want to be the best version of ourselves, but that doesn’t mean we’re broken or need fixing. We just need to remove the layers of expectations, judgements and ‘should’s’ that have been built up throughout our lives, so that we can reconnect to our wholeness within.
It’s about cutting through the noise to find your own sense of peace.
Peace with being the perfectly, imperfect woman that you are.
