Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today is a reminder that you are ready.
Changes are coming, this is the natural way of the world.
They may feel uncomfortable, as you break free from all that’s familiar, but this growth makes you stronger, more resilient and more adaptable
Navigating change helps you to assess and realign with your values and behaviours, as you remember what’s important to you.
Recognise the wisdom in the cycle of endings and beginnings.
Know that nothing ever stays the same.
Something’s move through the cycles more slowly and others quicker.
Trying to hold on and keep things the same is a painful waste of your time.
Use ‘change’, ‘surrender’ and ‘freedom’ as your guiding words for the day.
What’s awakening within you?
What are you shaking free?
What is ready to come forward, and to be birthed into the world?
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you align with the energy of change that’s awakening within your own body.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to get into nature, feel the power of nature mirrored within your own body.
How do you feel about your own power, is it comfortable, or are you trying to suppress it?
Look around you for the cycles of death and rebirth, of endings and beginnings, so that you remember that you are aligned and share these natural rhythms, there is no stopping them.
Ask yourself if there’s anything that you’ve outgrown, that you’ve not been looking at?
Pause, and take a breath. Let yourself feel connected to your growing power within.
Today’s Affirmation:
“I am ready to embrace change”
I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,
In the meantime, enjoy embracing change!

The other day Facebook sent me to Facebook jail – I’ve no idea what I did to upset Facebook, and probably never will, but it was certainly an inconvenience.
I manage several groups and couldn’t post or comment in them.
I could’ve got frustrated or mad at Facebook for being so unfair and preventing my work from flowing freely.
But instead I chose to use it as an opportunity to explore other, possibly better avenues.
A lot of people I know are fed up with Facebook, and some have even left the platform altogether for various reasons, so I set about looking for alternative ways to connect with the people in my groups.
People are ready for change; I was ready for a change.
It was an opportunity for me to realign and assess what was really important to me and how I wanted to connect with my groups.
It gave me the opportunity to explore how I wanted to show up and support others in a way that served me too.
All inconveniences are the perfect moment to stop and reassess your current circumstances and make sure you’re still in alignment with yourself.
