Whilst you share many similarities with others, you are different from everyone else.
The way that you view the world, the way that you experience the world, and the way you express yourself, are all unique to you.
Allow yourself to celebrate your uniqueness.
Allow yourself to fully recognise that you being you truly enriches the world
Have fun expressing yourself in creative ways.
Don’t limit yourself.
Embrace all of your interests, passions and quirks.
Follow your curiosities.
Stop hiding.
When you focus on your own uniqueness, your own truth, and your own joy, there is no time or space to compare yourself to others.
Just like a garden is more beautiful and rich when it is filled with an abundant variety of flowers, herbs, bushes and trees, the world is a richer, more interesting and nourishing place when it too is filled with a wide variety of people expressing their true and unique selves.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you connect to your truth.

It’s time to be honest about what turns you on and lights you up, even if only to yourself.

I love trees.
If you know me, you are probably laughing and saying, ‘yes she does!’
I’m the kind of person that travels an hour to go and visit a tree.
I asked my husband the other day if he fancied a trip to a particular place, and his first question was. ‘what tree’s there?’ Actually, that time it wasn’t to visit a tree, but it’s not unusual for me to plan trip around a visit to a tree or ancient woodlands.
I take people to visit trees the same way people would take you to visit a castle or a shop.
I adore trees.
Once someone asked me why I love trees so much and I just replied: Because they’re trees. They don’t try and be anything else, they are just deeply rooted into their own being.
Of course, they’re fabulous because they give us everything we need. Air, shelter, food. We can make everything else we need from them.
They’re fabulous – I could go on….
But the point I want to make is, that when I started to share my love, well obsession… with trees, I had so many people come and share with me their love of trees, or tell me about their favourite tree, and I love it when people send me pictures of their favourite or local trees, it lifts my heart to see trees from all over the world end up in my messages.
One friend even facetimed me from Sedona because she wanted to show me the trees there – amazing!
So when you show up and share more of your truth, even if it’s something as random as obsessing over trees, you make deeper connection with people, and life becomes richer and more fulfilling for all involved, as you all have permission to immerse yourself in things that you love.
