Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded to be loyal to your future.
To be loyal to your future and not let your past define you.
We all have a past filled with a wide range of experiences. Some you may be proud of, others you may now ask yourself what on earth you were ever thinking.
You may have regrets for past actions or inactions, for conversations and words said in haste, for behaviours that now make you cringe.
You did the best you could with the information you had.
Or at least you would do things differently now.
Your past has shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define you.
Focus on who you are now and who you’re becoming.
Be loyal to the future vision you have for yourself and your life.
You cannot change the choices you made in the past, but you can change those behaviours, and make different choices as you move forward.
Pause, and take a breath. As you recommit to your future.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to spend some time daydreaming about the future you want to create for yourself.
More important than the ‘things’ that you want for that future, focus on the feelings and values that you want front and centre of your life.
Who do you want to become, how do you want to contribute, what are your days filled with?
Allow these dreams and feelings to become part of your everyday life right now, today.
Allow them to expand and grow as they pull you forward, rather than being pulled back and stuck in the past.
Pause, and take a breath. As you allow your future to inspire you forwards.

We can often want to make the easy choice.
The decision that satisfies us right now in this moment.
We want instant gratification, and we want it when we want it, which is usually now.
But what if instead of prioritising ease and immediacy, we prioritised what really mattered to us.
What if instead of going for the quick fix, that instant feel-good that quickly passes, you took your time, made the effort and chose what supports you longer term dreams and desires.
It may not be as appealing in this very moment, but you will thank yourself for it.
Moment to moment you make choices that will influence and change your experience of life in the future.
You get to chose to be loyal to your future, to honour the woman that you’re becoming.
Choose her over everything else, you are absolutely without doubt worth it, you deserve her.
