Listen. Because listening’s important:
Hi and welcome to the Re-Enchant Your Life reminder.
Your sacred pause in the day where you’re encouraged to take a moment to stop and tune into your inner wisdom and become present, so that you can reconnect to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming, as you Re-Enchant Your life and create the change you truly desire.
Today you’re being reminded to say ‘yes’ to yourself and start something new.
Begin a project, start a new hobby, nurture a talent or skill, claim a desired dream, express a different side of yourself.
What have you been thinking about, mulling over and working on for ages?
What thoughts or ideas won’t leave you alone and keep coming back to you?
What have you been daydreaming about?
What is ready to be expressed in the world?
It’s time to say ‘yes’ to yourself.
It’s time to take action.
It’s time to get out of your head and into your life.
You’ve been nurturing and caring for these projects, dreams and desires, it’s now time to birth them into the world.
Share them with the world and let them soar.
Let yourself be filled with the fullness of your highest expression, as you share this dynamic energy with the world.
Whatever you’ve been putting off, now is the time to start.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you allow yourself to say ‘yes’ to yourself and your dreams.
Today’s SHEro Action:
Today’s SHEro action is to say ‘yes’ and to start.
Take action on that thing that you’ve always wanted to do, but have been postponing, or waiting for the right time.
Now is the right time.
Take action towards it.
You might be able to do it alone, or you might need to enrol some help or support.
Do what you need to do, but make a start.
Pause, and take a breath. As you give yourself permission to start.
“I wholeheartedly say ‘YES’ to myself”
I’ll see you tomorrow for your daily reminder to Re-Enchant Your Life with me, Rebecca-Anuwen,
In the meantime, enjoy saying ‘yes’ as you walk Your SHEro’s Journey!
Women have often been taught to prioritise the comfort of other people over their own desires.
It can be hard to shift from thinking about others, supporting others and prioritising others, to actually prioritising yourself.
There’s no question that any change in behaviour is hard.
But start small.
You don’t have to ‘Eat, Pray. Love’ your way around the world in order to prioritise you, but perhaps you can start making time to do the things or explore the things that you’re curious about.
Say ‘yes’ to slowing down and making time to read that growing pile of unread books.
Saying ‘yes’ to catching up with friends who you’ve been rescheduling.
Saying ‘yes’ to starting lots of hobbies and classes, and then saying ‘yes’ to quitting most of them whilst you decide which, if any, you want to pursue.
Say ‘yes’ to anything that feels aligned and good to you.
And importantly, say ‘no’ to other people, activities or events, so that you can say ‘yes’ to yourself.
