Within you is a power so great that you can barely even imagine.
A force of nature so potent it can crack open the earth that you walk on.
The chances are that you’ve been told to suppress this power, you may even be afraid of it.
Society has definitely tried to convince you that it either doesn’t exist, that it’s dangerous, or it’s not for ‘good girls’ like you.
It’s too much, too wild, too loud, too uncontrollable, too primitive, too high-maintenance…
But this power is waking up.
There is no missing it, it’s rising within you.
Wanting you to give it a voice, to give it expression.
It will change your life forever.
But make no mistake… You are ready.
This power has always been within you, walking with you, fuelling your courage, waiting to be set free.
It’s been biding its time, waiting for you to claim it.
That time is now.
Step forth with boldness and passion.
Step forth with courage.
Step forward knowing that you are powerful beyond measure.
Step forward knowing that you are not alone on this path.
You are ready to rise.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you feel this power rise within you.

Your power, what you can do and what you can create is phenomenal.
I truly believe we haven’t even begun to claim how powerful we really are, because it scares us.
It scares us because it’s the ultimate act of taking responsibility for ourselves.
I don’t mean so much of a ‘I had a negative thought, so I attracted negative things into my life’, kind of way. I actually think that can be a toxic way of thinking, because sometimes crap just happens, and we live in a world built upon very unfair systems.
But I mean the kind of power that comes from having the ability to choose.
We may not be able to chose events or circumstances, but we can choose if, and how, we react or respond.
We can choose to respond to life from within, a place of conscious choosing.
We can choose differently from our expected and learned responses.
We can choose to shift our perspective.
We know the choices we need to make, no matter how difficult they may feel, and it’s that power that we can avoid, as we know we have the power to change everything we know with a single choice.
But make no mistake, it’s time and you are ready!
