Get Clear on Your Next Steps

Get Clear on Your Next Steps

Welcome back to the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast with me, Rebecca Anuwen.

We’re back with some inspiration, with an intuitive twist.

On the last episode, we looked at the symbolism of The Hare and embracing new beginnings. Today, we move on to getting clear on those next steps of that new beginning, with the fourth card, which has the image of a candle.

Focus on your question. Remember, we’re looking at next steps. So where in your life do you need some guidance on the next steps that you need to take?

It doesn’t matter whether they’re huge steps or little steps. Just ask yourself where in your life do you need to get clear on those next steps?

We’re starting with the card…

The Candle – Getting Clear on Your Next Steps

Get Clear on Your Next Steps

I’m going to read the information from the card. Then I’m going to draw another card to layer a different level of insight onto it. And then I’m going to pick a charm, again, drawing on more information, take the information that resonates and make it yours.

What does all of the information that we gather right now, how does that weave a story for you?

What does that evoke within you?

What does it remind you of?

What is it, what’s that small, intuitive nudge telling you to do as I’m reading the words out.

Notice if any words sound louder, or clearer, notice when I’m reading the words, if you feel any sensations in your body, because those words are meant for you.

The Candle; get clear on your next steps.

Staying true to what’s important to you, helps you to take the next steps towards it.

Candles bring light into the darkness. They offer us a way to see more clearly. They bring positivity and hope as they illuminate the way forward.

The candle reminds you to get clear on your next steps. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the number of options and possibilities available to you, not knowing which one is the best. You can talk yourself in and out of your ideas, your dreams and desires. They can become tangled with everyone else’s expectations and judgments, leaving you feeling stuck and not taking action.

It’s time to give yourself some space to reconnect with yourself, your dreams and your desires. Take the time to listen to your thoughts and get clear on your own needs and the next steps that you’re ready to take.

Try retreating into your own space and removing yourself from routine and habits of your everyday life. This gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and what’s really important to you.

Listen to your own needs. Witness your dreams and desires. Hear the whispers from your soul. Let your inspiration illuminate your way forward. As you learn to trust yourself, trust your wisdom and trust your inner knowing.

SHEro Action:

To get clear on your next steps, create some time to be alone with yourself, to get clear on those next steps. Get clear on where you want to go, how you want to get there.

What do you need to support yourself in moving towards your dreams and desires?

Spend time resting and reconnecting with yourself and the steps that you want to take.

The affirmation:

I am clear and focused.

How can you give yourself the time and space to really listen to that intuitive nudge that inner knowing so that you know what to do next?

I’m just going to shuffle the cards to find another layer of insight. We know that you’re ready to get clear on those next steps. The candle suggests that you find some space to do so. The next card… Oh, this is perfect. It’s The Pomegranate, juicy, bejeweled pomegranate.

ADDITIONAL CARD: The Pomegranate

Get Clear on Your Next Steps

The card wisdom says ‘Be loyal to yourself’.

So getting clear on your next step and being loyal to yourself feels very important. As the card already mentioned, sometimes we can get so confused with what we think we should be doing and what’s expected of us, whether that’s family values, cultural values, societal values, that can just leave us feeling confused and overwhelmed.

You get clear, you think you know what you’re doing? You take a few steps forward and then you’re like, Oh no, perhaps I’m wrong. Perhaps I shouldn’t be doing this. Perhaps I should be taking the other path.

The pomegranate is saying, be loyal to yourself. It’s more important than ever to stop, to take a pause, to take a breath, and then make that decision from there, one that is aligned with your thoughts, your energy, your values, the feelings that you want front and centre of your life.

What is the most important to you?

Make the decision from a place that prioritises you, prioritises your needs.

How can you be more loyal to yourself?

And just as a side note, how loyal are you to yourself in everyday life? Is it a time to prioritise you? Is it a time to remember what it is you want to become? How it is you want to live your own life?

It’s very easy to get swamped under like the every day, the everyday-ness of life, under expectations, under routine, under judgments under trying to fit in with the world around you. But how can you become loyal to yourself, so that those next steps you make are yours to make, they are made by your own conscious choosing.

So I’m just going to add to this. I’m going to pick a charm out. I’ve got a box here is actually an old perfume box. I liked it because it had a black interior, and it’s got 400 charms in it…

I just picked out, it’s actually two charms that came out. One is… Actually they work quite nicely together. One is, two leaves connected, and the other one is a birds nest with three little pearly eggs in there.

ADDITIONAL CHARMS: Two Leaves and a Birds Nest

Get Clear on Your Next Steps

The leaves came out first. And when I think of leaves, I mean, what do leaves represent to you? On this particular charm when I see them together, you know, it could mean growth, but actually the way that I see it is like autumn, like leaves falling. So, you know, if we look at like getting clear on your next steps, be loyal to yourself, it’s like to let go of those things that no longer serve you, whether they are habits, stories, even people or situations, maybe it’s time to let go.

And I think that, because when I see the little bird sat on the edge of the nest with its three eggs in there, it’s like body, mind and spirit eggs. But it’s like looking after your home, your own nest, feathering your own nest.

And it’s got a very clear edge that the bird has sat on. Like the edge of the nest has got a very clear boundary and it’s like, what are your boundaries? What is your home? And it doesn’t have to be your physical home, but what’s important to you. What is it that you’re nourishing and nurturing in the world. And like I said, it, as soon as I saw the three eggs it’s like mind, body spirit, it’s like, how can you bring more of that energy into your life to really look after what it is you want to do to be loyal to yourself, to have clear boundaries, to think of your body, what does your body need?

What does your mind need?

What does your soul and spirit need to have all of those three working in harmony as you move forward?

So when you’re thinking about those next steps, what is loyalty, your body, maybe it’s more rest. Maybe it’s more nourishment. Maybe it’s more exercise.

What does your mind need? Maybe it needs a break. Maybe not a literal break, but maybe it just needs a rest. Perhaps it just wants to go off and do something like some meditation or to get lost in a really good book or, you know, whatever it is you find relaxing.

And what does your soul and spirit need. Perhaps you need a sacred practice. On my website, I’ve got a free gift of the sacred practice, where there’s a practice that encourages you to just stop and take a moment of sacred pause, so that you can come back to centre and reconnect with what’s important to you. It’s a practice that you can retreat into to find that comfort and support in a very quick, easy, simple, daily practice where you can exhale… So perhaps you just need some more ritual and routine in your life.

Let me know your thoughts on how these cards and charms resonate for you.

Take a moment to reconnect with them, that energy and think what is their message for me? And then let yourself receive the message.

As always, use my thoughts as just as a guide. What birds and leaves mean to me is very personal to me, perhaps they mean something completely different for you, and if they do mean something completely different, I would love to hear what they represent to you.

So thank you for joining me. I’ll see you again very soon for our next episode of the Re-Enchant Your Life podcast, where we’ll continue to spiral deeper on this journey together, where my hope is that you can learn to trust the language of your soul and how it talks to you through your intuition so that you can make better choices, ones that are aligned with your truth and your deepest desires, until next time.

Embrace New Beginnings

Embrace New Beginnings

Welcome back to the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast with me, Rebecca Anuwen.

We’re back to give you some inspiration and to get you using your intuition.

Today, we move on to the third card in the SHEro toolkit and that card is The Hare.

Before we move on to that card, I want you to think of your question.

What questions do you have in your life right now, big or small that you want answering?

And then we’re going to use the cards today to give you the answer that you seek.

The Hare – Embrace New Beginnings

Episode 142 Embrace New Beginnings

I’m going to read from the guidebook of The Toolkit to tell you more information about The Hare.

Then I’m going to pull another card to give us another look at the energy of The Hare. And I’m also going to pull a charm again, to give us more information and to layer the information that we’re collecting.

I’m going to give you my ideas on what that means. However, it’s your interpretation that is far more important. Hopefully I’ll say something that will just get you inspired and get your thoughts in order and get you clear on what it means for you.

Take my insights and guidance as that as guidance. It’s not truth. It might be my truth, but it’s not your truth. This podcast is here to inspire you and to get you connected to your truth.

Now that you have your question, what do you think of when you think of The Hare in the toolkit?

I’ve written down that it’s a time to embrace new beginnings that are often seen in spring. They’re associated with Easter, new beginnings rebirth, but what does a hare mean to you?

The guidebook says no matter where you find yourself, you can always start again.

Hares are a reminder of spring and the promise of a new day, fresh opportunities and the eternal renewal of life. They’re quick to change and adapt and they take leaps of faith.

Does that give you any insight into your question?

The book continues, The Hare reminds you that you can choose to change. It tells you that no matter where you find yourself, you can start again and embrace a new beginning.

People often feel like they have to stay on a particular path because they’ve committed to it or they’ve been on that path for years.

But no matter where you are now, it’s completely okay to wipe the slate clean and start again. The familiar is comfortable, but when did you last stop and ask yourself whether your current path, your actions and belief were actually still true for you?

Do they still light you up and deeply resonate with you?

Have you outgrown them?

Are you ready to move on?

There’s a huge difference between giving up and starting over in the right direction.

Giving up implies a sense of defeat. Whereas, fresh starts, and new beginnings are filled with hope, opportunity, and possibility. They also ask you to embrace the unknown.

It takes courage to start again. It’s not always the easy choice, but it’s often the right choice. The work you’ve put in won’t be wasted. All of your experiences, add to the rich tapestry of your life and give you more wisdom to draw upon and more stories to share. Trust your heart in this very moment.

Take a moment right now to trust your heart, to put your hand over your heart, to engage with your own body and just ask yourself, what is it that you want to do? What is that choice you’re being asked to do?

And the SHEro action says, say yes to a new beginning.

Where in your life do you feel called to make a fresh start?

What do you know needs to be changed?

Maybe you need to stop one thing so you can start something new.

Stop holding onto things that hurt your no longer serve you. Instead make room for things that are aligned with you and support who you’re becoming.

The affirmation: I give myself permission to start something new.

When you think of your question, what do you need to start something new? What’s asking for that fresh start? What’s asking to be, let go of, to make way for something new?

Now I’m just going to shuffle the toolkit cards and I’m going to draw a second card to give us more information on to embrace new beginnings. So the card that’s come up is the apple to share your knowledge.

ADDITIONAL CARD: The Apple

I'm going to read from the guidebook of the toolkit to tell you more information about the hare. I'm going to pull another card to give us another look at the energy of the hare. Now I'm just going to shuffle the toolkit cards and I'm going to draw a second card to give us more information on to embrace new beginnings. So the card that's come up is the apple to share your knowledge.

When you think about starting new beginnings, how can you share your knowledge?

Is it a new adventure you’ve been asked to start to go on? Something that’s going to require your knowledge and your experience?

When I think of an apple, I think of the teacher, the Teacher SHEro, the priestess, the person holding space in a community.

Are you being called to work with people? Is that the new beginnings, perhaps actually the new beginning could even be you seeing yourself in a different light, seeing yourself in a different role.

What comes to mind when you think about sharing your experience?

And then if I have The Hare which is card number three, and the apple is 33. So we have 3, 3, 3.

Perhaps the number 3 means something to you, creating something solid, something well balanced.

I’m just going to pick out a charm and it’s going to dig my hand in my charms and the charm I just drew was the heart and the handbag, they both wanted to come out at the same time.

It’s a rather large heart with flowers in the middle of the heart and it’s a little red shiny handbag.

Again, the bag reminds you have everything you need. If you think of the fools knapsack in the tarot, it’s like everything he needs for his journey is within that knapsack.

ADDITIONAL CARD: Heart and Handbag

episode 142 embrace new beginnings

The little red shiny handbag is the same color as the apple. And that red shiny handbag is telling you, you have everything you need, but most of my charms are silver or bronze so the fact that this is red and shiny, it’s like to be vocal, to be seen to, to be noticed, a little bit showy almost.

You know I was talking about The Apple being like the priestess or the teacher, that community leader it’s like to be seen, and when we put those together and, of course, with the heart card, coming from a place of love, coming from a place of passion to take a stand for those things that are really important to you, when you add in to embrace new beginnings, to share your knowledge, to be seen, to be witnessed and to lead with your heart and your passion, how does that layer into the story, into the question that you asked yourself?

Can you see how bringing the various cards and the charms gives us the chance to layer in more information, it weaves a bigger web of a story?

We started off with just it’s time to embrace new beginnings. We bring in the apple and it’s like, oh, to embrace new beginnings where you take centre stage with your own knowledge, you’re sharing that knowledge. And then of course, we get our beautiful red handbag.

The handbag is super cute and like I say, it’s shiny, it’s very attractive. It’s there to be seen as there to be noticed. I do have like a very plain bag and I have a knapsack in the charms, but this is the showy handbag. This is the ‘look at me’ handbag and with the really big heart with the flowers in it, and again, I have various hearts. This is the biggest heart and it has the flowers in, the flowers of growth of sharing of celebration. Again, they could be spring flowers, they look slightly like daisies.

It’s like new beginnings or following your heart, following your passions.

How does that resonate to your story?

How does all of that information tie back, and what parts feel relevant for you?

What parts sparked your own stories, your own interpretation of that information?

We have a hare, we have an apple, we have a heart and we have a handbag.

What story do you create with that?

Do come and share with me either on social media or drop me an email, let me know what came up for you and your question when you look at those cards.

Thank you for joining me. I’ll see you again very soon for another episode of the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast, where we’re going to continue spiraling deeper on our journey together, where you’re learning to trust your intuition so that you can make better choices, ones that are aligned with your truth, your energy and your deepest desires. Until then have a fantastic time.

Follow Your Curiosity

Follow Your Curiosity

Welcome back to the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast.

We’re back to give you some inspiration with an intuitive twist.

Today, we move on to the second card in the SHEro Oracle toolkit, and that card is the meadow.

We’re still at the beginning of the SHEros journey in the energy of the core, the energy of dreaming hope and optimism.

If you’ve not joined us before, this is where I ask you to think of a question that you want the answer to. It can be any question you have right now, perhaps you want to know what you’re going to have for dinner, or perhaps you want to know what direction to take your career in. The question doesn’t matter as long as it’s yours.

We’ll start by looking at the meaning of the SHEro toolkit cards and then I’ll draw a second card for you to explore how that card changes the meaning of the first card. And then, because I love working with the charms, I’m going to draw a charm too. Again, allowing you to build your own story and find the answer to your own question.

So let’s start.

Think of your question.

Just take a breath, put your hand over your heart space and just ask yourself, what do you need to know right now?

And the SHEro toolkit card today is the meadow.

The Meadow – Follow Your Curiosity

What do you think of when you think of meadows?

Perhaps you see rolling green grass, perhaps it’s a mountain meadow, perhaps it’s a wildflower meadow, perhaps there’s lots of flowers and birds and animals.

What does that involve when you think of it and your question?

In the toolkit guidebook, it says “meadows are a place for joy and growth flowers of all shapes and sizes pop up wherever they please, there are no borders or structure, and yet everything flourishes, sharing of beauty with carefree abandon. The meadow reminds you to become curious and play.”

When was the last time you became curious and wanted to learn something new?

When did you last let your imagination run wild and saw things from a different perspective.

When was the last time you suspended, disbelief and allowed yourself to accept the seemingly impossible?

The last time you laughed and played with wild abandon?

The last time you let yourself go completely and lost yourself in the sheer delight of the moment?

Playing isn’t childish, it’s childlike. There’s lots we can learn from approaching life challenges and tasks with innocence, curiosity, and wonder of a child.

Allow yourself to play and follow your curiosity.

Embrace every opportunity you get to play, to step out of the familiar routines and bring some lighthearted, joy, laughter, and wonder to your day.

When you think of your question, how can you bring more curiosity and wonder?

Where could you try new things?

Where could you let your imagination run wild and do things differently?

Where could you let your, your inner child, that childlike wonder and awe answer that question for you?

Okay, you can hear me shuffling the cards now, and I’m going to draw another card to bring some more information to the original card.

We have the meadow where we’re following our curiosity, and now we have the butterfly, which is about embracing your truth.

ADDITIONAL CARD: The Butterfly

How can you bring more of your truth to the front?

Perhaps you are joyful and curious and playful, but perhaps you’ve stifled that slightly because of expectations and responsibilities and life and family and chores and work and mortgages and bills. And, and, and, and, and, and where could you embrace more of your truth, more of that childlike wonder?

How could you start to reincorporate that into your life?

Perhaps it’s, even as you walk down the high street or, you know, down a country lane, instead of looking forwards, perhaps if you look up and notice how things look different, perhaps if you’re always looking forward and you look at the floor and just notice what you notice, just do things slightly differently.

I was at a friend’s house once, a long time ago, actually, when I was in college and his roommate came down the stairs on his stomach, I said, what on earth are you doing? And he says, Oh, I just want you to have a different perspective of the house.

Now, going down the stairs on your tummy is completely optional, but it’s like, how could you just do every day things differently, wearing different colours, wearing your hair differently, you know, just dressing yourself in a way that feels fun and playful and curious, how could you bring more curiosity, awe and wonder into your everyday lived experience?

Okay, you’re just going to hear me rattle now in my charms, I’m just turning away so I can’t see what’s coming out.

Okay.

And what’s come out is a ship’s steering wheel.

ADDITIONAL CHARM: Ship’s Steering Wheel

When you think of a ship’s steering wheel, what does that bring to you?

What does that represent?

We’ve got the meadow, which is asking you to follow your curiosity, we’ve got the butterfly, which is asking you to embrace your truth. And now you’re at the helm of the ship steering.

I see this as steering your life in your own direction.

How can you take back control of whatever it is you’ve asked for?

Quite often, we think that we’re at the mercy of other people, events, expectations, but actually if we called back our power, if we embrace the truth of who we are, which is sovereign, strong, powerful people, how could you use that energy to take back control to guide your life in the direction you want to reframe those things that maybe you’re like, Oh, things will never change, I’ll never get out of this, but perhaps she can bring curiosity and wonder.

I wonder how I’m going to get out of this?

I wonder what direction I want to take my life in? And turn that ship’s wheel and allow yourself to navigate and course correct as it takes you back on your own adventure, back to where you truly want to be.

Okay. in the guidebook there comes SHEro action, because we always need to take action. This isn’t just about naval gazing, this, you know, we’re living life, experiencing life. So the action to go with the meadow is to be more curious, of course. It says, bring more wonder and delight to your day, by becoming curious about everything.

Why do you do things a certain way?

Could you do them differently?

What would it be like to dream more, feel more awe, or to follow your inspiration?

What new feelings, opportunities or connection would you experience?

If you became more curious and open?

Try doing new things and seeing things from a new perspective.

Find out what happens when you allow yourself to step out of routine and become curious.

Pause and take a breath as you follow your curiosity and step into a world of wonder.

Let me know what you’re going to do differently. Let me know how you’re going to become more curious. And most importantly, let me know the outcome of trying to do these things differently, of just seeing the world differently, of opening yourself up to the possibility that is out there for you to embrace.

It might not be easy, but there’s always possibility. There is always an opportunity to change your thoughts, to change the things that you’re in control of. If you just give yourself the chance to step into the energy of following your curiosity.

You’re curious for a reason don’t doubt that curiosity, follow it.

Thank you for joining me. And I will see you again for another episode of the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast where we’ll spiral deeper in our own journey, learning to trust your intuition so that you can make better choices, ones that are aligned with your deepest desires.

Ignite Your Joy

Ignite Your Joy

Welcome back to the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast.

We’re back with regular doses of inspiration but this time with more of an intuitive twist.

Earlier this year, I released a deck of Oracle cards called the SHEro Toolkit Oracle. I created them because I wanted cards that could give me quick, clear guidance and that guidance I wanted to be practical and magical. I called them a toolkit because I want them to be a resource that you had in your own personal toolkit. One that would guide you back home to yourself, to remind you that the guidance you seek lies within and the cards are here to help you access it.

The cards follow the same format as the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast always has, there’s some guidance for you and then some practical action. I believe that following any kind of spiritual path or a life of conscious creation is more about taking action and experiencing life rather than just navel gazing.

Using the cards and these podcasts, I want to offer you insight to inspire you, to take action so that you can move forward on your chosen path, embracing the joy, navigating the obstacles and trusting yourself deeply.

Just like the cards, I want you to continue to use this podcast as a sacred pause in your day, a space where you can tune into your own inner wisdom to become present, to reconnect you to your personal power and confidently embrace who you’re becoming.

It’s so important to embrace who you are and who you’re becoming. It’s important to become full of yourself, full of your own essence and full of your own dreams and desires because when you don’t, you become full of other people’s dreams and desires and full of their expectations that they have for you. And then you begin to lose a sense of self. And we certainly don’t want that.

I want you to use the podcast as a way for you to reconnect to your inner wisdom, your intuition, so that you can learn to identify the way in which your intuition talks to you so that you can begin to trust it and trust yourself and your choices again.

For each episode, I’m going to start by asking you to think of a question that you want an answer to. It could be a daily question such as what would be the outcome of me making this choice, or it could be a bigger question about the meaning of your life. The choice is completely yours.

We’ll start by looking at one of the SHEro toolkit cards, explore its meaning and then I’m going to draw a second card for you so that you can explore how that card changes the meaning or the nuance of the first card.

And, because I love charm casting, I’m going to draw a charm too. Again, allowing you to build your own story and find the answer to your own question whilst being held in the space and the magic and support of this podcast.

The SHEro toolkit, the cards take you on a journey through the SHEro’s journey and we’re going to follow that same path. We’ll with the initial call, that call to adventure. And then we’re going to end at the return. As we reclaim our sovereignty.

Today, you join us at the very beginning of this journey with the feather as our guide.

The Feather – Ignite Your Joy

What do you think of when you think of feathers?

I’m going to share my thoughts, but as with everything in this podcast, what you think is far more important and relevant than what I think. Use my thoughts as a tool, or to guide you to start your own thought process, but follow and trust in your own thoughts more.

So let’s begin.

So first of all, think of a question.

Maybe it’s something that you just want decision on throughout the day, perhaps it’s bigger.

What am I doing with my life?

What’s the meaning of life?

Decide your question. And then we’re going to look to the feather for guidance.

So you might just want to close your eyes and feel into the energy of a feather.

  • What does a feather represent to you?
  • What colour feather are you imagining?
  • Is it laying on the ground?
  • Is it floating through the air?
  • Is it still attached to a bird?
  • How does each of those scenarios make that feather feel different?

I started the journey with a feather. It’s the symbol of the innocent SHEro archetype. Feathers represent innocence and clarity of thought. They are a reminder to connect more deeply with your soul’s purpose, to tread lightly through life and to feel more joy.

But what do they represent to you?

I’m going to read to you the information in the toolkit guidebook and just see whether it resonates for you whether there’s a word that pops out more.

The feather reminds you to ignite your joy.

You may often feel a tug of war within you, one between what you think you should do or are expected to do, and what you feel called to do.

It can be easy to ignore your desire for joy, for freedom and fun. And to override it with shoulds and expectations. You may ignore this desire because you don’t want to appear childish or selfish, or because you want to be taken seriously.

But joy is important.

You’re not childish. You’re not being selfish. Joy is an inherent part of who you are. It’s something that’s always inside of you, a relationship that you have with yourself and the world around you. Joy is an inner attitude and you can access it and create more of it.

So when you think of the feather, how does that add to answering your question?

How does that help you to know what path to take?

So what I want to do now is I’m going to draw another card from the toolkit to help us get some deeper understanding of the feather. And in answering your questions, I’m just shuffling the cards. I’m just going to draw another card. And that card, it’s called the potion bottle. And the words on the card read “re-chant your life”. It couldn’t be a more perfect card to pick today.

ADDITIONAL CARD:
The Potion Bottle – Re-Enchant Your Life

So if you think about bringing more joy into your life and the idea of re-enchanting your life, where does that now take you in answering your question?

What brings you enchantment into your life?

What has quite literally sucked the joy out of your life?

How can you bring back more joy, more hope, more opportunities, more curiosity, more fun, more magic, more awe, more wonder?

How, perhaps the question that you’ve asked yourself, you’ve been too much in your own head, trying to intellectualize things, trying to rationalize things, and yes, of course being rational, being intellectual is hugely important, especially at the moment when we look around the world around us, we need discernment.

We need to understand, like, our intuition and the rational side of ourselves, but perhaps you’ve been too much into the intellectual side. How can you come back into awe and wonder how can you re-enchant yourself with your own magic to know that you already have the answers?

To help you express more of the joy?

Where can you start to, you know, the mind doesn’t like open loops. And so if we always think it has to be a yes, no answer, it doesn’t really help us to access our creative, like, our big juicy brains that love exploring and bringing everything together.

So how could you ask more open questions?

Like, I wonder what would happen if I followed this path and then just allow your mind to wander off. I wonder what I’m here to do in the world, and then just let your mind wander and just trust it’s going exactly where it needs to go.

No filter, no expectation, no judgements of yourself.

Just let that information wander through. Okay. So you’re going to hear me rattle now.

As I delve my hand into my charms into my charm casting, if you follow me on Instagram, you know that I am slightly obsessed with charm casting, and I probably have like 400 charms in my little box here.

So I’m just gonna, like, turn my head away so I’m not looking and just pull out one charm and it’s a peacock. Oh my goodness. So when you think of a feather, a potion bottle, so we re-enchant our life what does the peacock bring to that?

I mean, obviously he has enormous feathers, so it’s definitely more of that feather energy. But when I think of the peacock added to ignite your joy and to re-enchant your life, it’s like to be seen to take up space, to be unapologetically you, to show off your feathers in all of their beautiful glory.

It’s interesting ’cause the feather on the card is a white feather, innocent joy. The peacock, feather it, this is a male feather with his big plume of feathers open. And it’s like, here I am, this is me. So it’s like, how can you embrace more of that “Here I am. This is me energy”. As you ignite your joy, as you bring back that spark and re-enchant your life.

How can you just, you know, I mentioned earlier, it’s like, how can you become more full of yourself full of your joy, full of your wonder full of your own magic ’cause now it’s time. And it’s almost like the energy of the peacock is not shying away from anything. So it’s like, where do you need to become more visible, more seen in the energy of who you are?

So if you take all of that information, where does that take you on your journey in answering your question?

Okay. So what I want you to do is or rather what I want to do now is just, wrap up this podcast by reading out the SHEro action to ignite your joy. So this is something that you can do that’s very practical now.

So the SHEro action “Ignite your joy, create a joy list, a list of the top 10 things that nourish you and bring you joy. This could include anything that you can do regularly to bring more joy. It might be wearing your favourite clothes, eating delicious foods with friends, walking in nature, dancing or creatively expressing yourself.

Take your time, creating your list and add to it each time you feel more joy. Then make a date with yourself to ensure that joy becomes a regular part of your life.

Pause and take a breath as you begin to feel more joy.

So thank you for joining me and I’ll see you again very soon for another episode of the Re-Enchant Your Life Podcast, where we’re going to spiral deeper on this journey together, hoping that you learn to trust yourself and your intuition so that you can make better choices, ones that are aligned with your deepest desires and the truth of who you are.
