Soul Vitamins

Just in the same way that we can take a multi-vitamin to support our physical health, we can also take ‘vitamins’ that support our energetic health.

Soul vitamins are small activities that we can do to support and nourish ourselves to shine brightly and express the truth of who you are.

They are activities that reset, nourish and strengthen your connection to yourself and what’s important to you.

They can include:

  • Affirmations
  • Journaling
  • Mirror work
  • Visioning
  • Reading your favourite poem
  • Chanting or singing your favourite song

Each time you do one of these soul vitamin activities you ‘add’ to your energetic nutrition.
